* The Excellence of seeking knowledge

Assalam alaikum warahmatullahe wabarkatohu
Dear brothers and sisters,
Do you know excellence of gaining knowledge knowledge what islam teaches about it
Let us know about that in the light of teaching of Prophet Muhammadﷺ
Hadith‏ ‏‏

It was narrated that Abu Hurairah said:

“The Messenger of Allah said: ‘Whoever relieves a Muslim of some worldly distress, Allah will relieve him of some of the distress of the Day of Resurrection, and

whoever conceals (the faults of) a Muslim (man or Woman) Allah will conceal him (his faults) in this world and the Day of Resurrection.

And whoever relives the burden from a destitute person, Allah (swt) will relieve him in this world and the next (hereafter).

Allah will help His slave so long as His slave helps his brother (or sister)

Whoever follows a path in pursuit of knowledge, Allah (swt) will make easy fro him a path to paradise.

No people gather in one of the houses of Allah, reciting the Book of Allah (Glorious Qur’an) and teaching it to one another, but the angels will surround them, tranquility will descend upon them, mercy will envelop them and Allah (swt) will mention them to those who are with Him (meaning Angeles).

And whoever (any person) is hindered because of his bad deeds, his lineage will be of no avail to him.'”

Sahih (Darussalam)

* Educational gatherings are like receptacles for the special mercies from Allah. It is, therefore, important that one punctually attends and not miss his lessons in the Qur’an and Hadith study circles, or in the religious
institutions.
* It is a matter of great honor for the seekers of knowledge, that Allah approvingly mentions them to the angels with Him. It means that the  pursuit of knowledge is an important means of gaining nearness to Allah
Hadith
‏ ‏‏

It was narrated that Zirr bin Hubaish said:

“I went to Safwan bin ‘Assal Al-Muradi and he said: ‘What brought you here?’ I said: ‘I am seeking knowledge.’ He said: ‘I heard the  Allah’s massanger (saws) say: “There is no one who goes out of his house in order to seek knowledge, but the angels lower their wings in approval of his action.'”
