Assalam alaikum warahmatullahe wabarkatohu
Dear brothers and sisters as we know that same as other Prophets Prophet Muhammadﷺ also has his wifes ,but
What is our relationship with them
Let us know about that in the light of authentic teaching of Prophet Muhammad ﷺ
Status of Prophet’s wife
Abu Musa reported:
There cropped up a difference of opinion between a group of Muhajirs (Emigrants) and a group of Ansar (Helpers) (and the point of dispute was that
the (Helpers) Ansar said:
The bath (because of sexual intercourse) becomes obligatory only-when the semen spurts out or ejaculates.
But the Muhajirs (Emigrants) said: When a man has sexual intercourse (with the woman), a bath becomes obligatory (no matter whether or not there is seminal emission or ejaculation).
(Then) Abu Musa said: Well, I satisfy you on this (issue). He (Abu Musa, the narrator) said: I got up (and went) to ‘A’isha (ra) and sought her permission and it was granted, and I said to her (Aisha ra): 0 Mother, or Mother of the Faithful, I want to ask you about a matter on which I ( Abu Musa) feel shy.
She replied: Don’t feel shy of asking me about a thing which you can ask your mother, who gave you birth, for I am too your mother (on behalf of faith). Upon this I said: What makes a bath obligatory for a person?
She replied: You have come across one well informed! The Allah’s massanger (saws) said: When anyone sits amidst four parts (of the woman) and the circumcised parts touch each other a bath becomes obligatory (for both of them).

In-book : Book 3, Hadith 107
- Prophet’s wife are mother of his nation
- Because of this after death of Prophet (s) they can’t marry with anyone else
- Being a mother they teaches us many things there are many things in it no one knows except them
As they are our mothers we must give respect and love them all even more than our own biological mother
