Can a Muslim give Charity to any non Muslim ?

Dear brothers and sisters,
some of us have non-muslim friends, neighbours or in some of case  relatives also.
we have frequent interaction with them,some times situation required that we should help them financially or non-Financially ,but one thing come in mind that they are non-muslim
So let us find what islam says about, can we give charity to the non muslim or help them ?

Charity to non muslim

Asma’ daughter of Abu Bakr reported:

I said (asked): Messenger of Allah, my mother, who is inclined or scared has come to me. Should I (even An her position of being opposed to Islam) treat her well?
 He (Prophet Muhammadﷺ) said: Yes.

Asma’ bint Abu Bakr reported:

My mother who was a polytheist came to me when he (the Holy Prophet Muhammad ﷺ ) entered into treaty with, the Quraish (of Mecca). I inquired from the Messenger of Allah (Muhammad ﷺ) saying: Messenger of Allah, there has come to me my mother and she is inclined; should I (in this state of her mind) show her kindness?
He (Prophet Muhammadﷺ) said: Yes, treat her kindly.

In-book : Book 12, Hadith 62

Ibn Umar reported that Umar b. Khattab saw (some one selling) the garments of silk at the door of the mosque, whereupon he said:
Allah’s Messenger, would that you buy it and wear it for the people on Friday and for (receiving) the delegations when they come to you? Upon this. Allah’s Messenger (Muhammad ﷺ) said: go who wears it has no share (of reward) in the Hereafter.
 Then these garments were sent to Allah” s Messenger (ﷺ), and he presented one of these silk garment to Umar. Thereupon Umar (ibn khattab ) said: You make me wear (this silk garment) Whereas you said about the silk garment of Utarid (the person who had been busy selling this garment at the door of the mosque) what you had to say, whereupon Allah’s Messenger ( Muhammad ﷺ) said: I have not presented you this for wearing it ; so ‘Umar presented it to his polytheist brother in Mecca.

From the above 👆 hadith we came to know that Prophet Muhammad ﷺ allow us (and also sometimes recommend us)  that we can give charity ,can give  presents 🎁 etc . to our non -muslim friends, neighbours or relatives (in case any).
